Loken Builders looks at more than just the building footprint and building structure. The surrounding community has just a great an impact on quality of life as the individual buildings.  Over the past decade Loken Builders has undertaken a variety of renovation projects that incorporate the entire community, looking at issues such as infill development, walkable communities, and integration of water, energy, materials, and building footprint.  By redeveloping existing land and buildings within our existing communities, Loken Builders believes we can meet our housing needs in the greater Missoula area while decreasing sprawl in surrounding natural systems.
